He says it's a specific group of people who repeatedly commit night time crimes. Yet we are seeing close up shots of ordinary Trinis walking around the streets of Port of Spain.
Why is this necessary? Hopefully none of them will see the video and intimate that you are associating them with crime.
Why not blur the faces or use wider crowd shots?
